What a fun day it was!!!
On October 12, 2017, the Fort Jackson WGA hosted its annual Member Guest Tournament at the Fort Jackson Golf Course . Sixty-four ladies from the surrounding area enjoyed a round of golf under perfect and beautiful South Carolina weather. The temperature was comfortable and pleasant with just enough of a breeze, when needed. The golf course was in a beautiful condition, a wonderful playground for the day.
The day started with a fabulous breakfast fit for champions. There was so much food it filled two large tables and it was all delicious! The ladies of Fort Jackson WGA are fabulous cooks - as well as very generous with food.
After the golf, the lunch and the award ceremony were held at the Fort Jack NCO club.
Congratulation to all the winning teams!
In addition to the golf competition winners, many lucky ladies went home with gift baskets provided by the members of the Fort Jackson WGA.
Thank you to all of the fairy godmothers who organized and put in the hard work for this tournament. And of course, thanks to all the ladies who brought the food and gift baskets!
Lastly, thanks to the staff members of Fort Jackson Golf Course for a beautiful course and an enjoyable tournament.
